Website privacy
Your details.
Your decision to send.
The optional request tool builds a message on your device. It does not automatically submit your details to Bin and Gone.
The message draft
Project and location details entered into the tool remain in the page while you use it. This website does not submit them to a server inbox or customer database, and does not store the draft in browser storage. Reloading or leaving the page may discard it.
Opening another app
When you choose Open text app, the prepared message is passed to your device's messaging app. You review and send it yourself. Copy draft uses your device clipboard if permitted. A phone or text link is not evidence that a call connected or a message was received.
Direct business communications
Information you actually send to the business is used to discuss your enquiry and agreed service. Do not include payment-card details or sensitive personal information in the draft. Your carrier and chosen apps have their own privacy practices.
Analytics and hosting
This website does not load analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts. Its hosting provider may process ordinary technical requests for delivery and security. No analytics or advertising cookie is set by this site.
Sharing a guide
The Share guide control opens your device's share sheet if available, or copies the guide link. It does not publish to social media automatically. You decide which app or recipient to use.
